Terms & Conditions

All flower arrangements are subject to seasonal availability and variation.  Any event that requires vase hire will be charged a fee and any breakages must be paid for in full.

 

Public Holidays

We are closed on all Public Holidays - If you place an order for a public holiday, we will contact you and offer a refund or delivery of your order on the next delivery day. 

 

Delivery

Orders must be in by 5pm the previous day of required delivery.  If there is no one home to receive the flowers, they will be left in a safe and secure place at the delivery address specified. If there is not a safe place to leave the order, they will be returned to our store and a further courier fee may be charged. We will contact the sender and or recipient to organise.

 

Goods Return Policy

If you find something to be faulty with your delivery we will happily replace your order or refund your money subject to the following:
Please email us at liz@thehandsomebloom.com.au advising us of your concerns in relation to your order within 48 hours of receiving the flowers. Fresh flower arrangements will not be refunded where there has been a change of mind.
Flowers need to be returned back to The Handsome Bloom Studio within 48 hours of us accepting the return of the goods. Once we have received the product and are satisfied with your concerns we will either replace the flowers or issue a refund for the purchase price of the item and the original delivery fee that was charged within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

 

GST (Goods & Services Tax)

All prices quoted include GST for orders placed within Australia.
